As senior graphic designer and creative manager, I led a collaborative team focused on delivering design excellence and strategic brand alignment across 450+ franchise locations with efforts that contributed to a 24.4% revenue increase over three years. I oversaw national campaigns with $500K+ budgets, producing multi-channel assets that drove over 2.5 million impressions in a single month and achieved a 39% average email open rate.
From revitalizing brand standards and creating large-format event materials for 700+ attendees, to guiding social media strategy and content, my work ensures every visual touchpoint resonates with its audience. I also partnered with vendors to secure resources for key initiatives, including franchise conferences and office rebranding efforts—always with a focus on quality, consistency, and creative impact.
Bring Your Brand to Life Campaign - AlphaGraphics
The Bring Your Brand to Life national campaign targets leads in six verticals – construction, financial services, healthcare, nonprofit, property management, and restaurants – and showcases not only our products, but the aspects of our brand DNA that differentiates AlphaGraphics: service, creativity, expertise, and partnership. This campaign has brought in over 23 million views on YouTube alone (and still growing), increasing revenue, brand awareness, and lead generation. I oversaw all creative direction of these videos and photos, designed all marketing materials and signage featured, and installed the signage. We captured both 30-second and 15-second video spots, along with a library of photography, which were incorporated into AlphaGraphics-branded assets for use across the network’s local marketing campaigns.
To identify the verticals that would most benefit our network, I led cross-functional focus groups and analyzed statistical data from our CRM and POS systems. Additionally, I developed an RFP and conducted interviews with production companies to ensure alignment with our desired outcomes.

Success Starts in the Neighborhood Campaign - PostNet
The Success Starts in the Neighborhood national campaign takes a community-driven approach, featuring multiple in-store interactions between franchise owners and diverse customer types. Building on the success of last year’s "first-name basis" concept, it continues to highlight the friendly, personal relationships that define the brand—now with a more elevated and refined visual and narrative tone. Each interaction is thoughtfully tailored to reflect the unique needs and personalities of different customers, reinforcing the owner's role as a trusted, local partner. We produced a series of 30-second and 15-second videos, along with high-quality photography, which were integrated into branded PostNet marketing assets and distributed across the network for use in local campaigns.

Make It Happen Makeovers - AlphaGraphics
This past year, AlphaGraphics had a contest to give away three business makeovers to deserving businesses across the country, plus the rebrand of a local school in the area. I oversaw the business makeovers and rebrand, designed collateral and additional AlphaGraphics campaigns, and gave direction on the overall look and feel of the campaign. I also traveled to each location to help install the signage and host the reveal event.
Pleasant Air

Conferences - AlphaGraphics & PostNet
During my time as senior graphic designer, it is my responsibility to create an immersive experience during our annual conferences. I attend site visits to determine the signage needs, design and prepare all print ready design files, and install the signage. I also prepare all printed materials and digital signage needed for the conference; such as class posters, stage backgrounds, handbooks, menus, and more.

Brand Pillars Marketing Campaign - AlphaGraphics
This campaign consisted of a direct mailer, seven emails that included animated GIF's, four social media videos, an invoice footer, and a customizable pitch deck.

agBox Campaign - AlphaGraphics
AlphaGraphics launched a new product called agBox. agBox is meant to "Build Outstanding eXperiences" by creating custom-designed and branded boxes filled with company swag. I created a full campaign consisting of multiple box designs, five emails, a trifold, campaign landing pages, blog assets, and led the direction for lifestyle images and animated videos.
